Time: 4:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: $175.00, payable to Wheaton Warrenville South
Track Info: Track Size 177.8 meters (9 laps = 1600m).
No spikes.
5 lanes around the
track with 6 lanes down the straightaway.
Levels: Sophomore and Varsity
Entries: 2 per event at each level. See attached sheet for entry info.
Awards: Varsity: medals for places 1st – 6th.
Sophomore: medals
for 1st place, ribbons for places 2nd- 6th.
Team
award for 1st place on each level.
Workers: Please fax the names of 3 adult workers to Ken Helberg
at
(630 )682-2196 by noon Wednesday, March 17th (we will try to grant the requests but this is
not always possible). Assignments
will
be handed out at the DVC coaches meeting that night.
Trainer: A certified trainer will be available.
Miscellaneous: Please
set up camps in Horsley gym.
No food or drink in
the fieldhouse.
Admission: Adults $4.00 Students $2.00
DVC passes will be
honored.

We will submit our entries for the meet using an online entry method. Type the following link –http://www.aspimeetz.com/13030 into a web browser and follow the directions on the website.
• Please register as soon as possible. In Account type, if you choose “Meet Account,” then your entries are for this meet only. If you choose “Roster Management,” then you can manage your roster on aspimeetz for the season. If you enter other meets on the aspimeetz website, then your marks will be imported for you and you do not have to enter the athletes marks. You do not need to have a “Roster Management” account.
• Once you have registered, then you use the LOG IN column to enter your athletes.
• When you are ready to enter your athletes, click on the link “Add
Individual Entry” link.
• For an entry of no mark/no time, enter “0.0”
• Be sure to
follow the exact format, including the “.00” at the end of every entry
submitted. The correct form for each event is provided
to the right of every entry box.
• When entering relay marks, use “Team A” as your Varsity entry and “Team B” as your Sophomore entry.
• You can make any changes, without declaring, until Wednesday, March 17th at 10:00 am.
• Before your entries can be final and seeded, you need to declare that your entries are final.

entries on line, you decide what letters to represent your school. So the scoring program is consistent with the
heat sheets, please use the following:

need to declare until Wednesday,
March 17th
by 10:00 am.
You will ONLY be allowed to make scratches the day of the
meet. Substitutions will only be allowed
when accompanied with a signed letter from your Principal on your schools
stationary. If a substitution is made,
we will NOT re-seed the event.
